All shipments are made using Purolator service from our distribution centre in Markham,
Ontario. Orders under $400 will be charged a variable rate for shipping based on the delivery
address of the order. Regular shipping is sent using Purolator ground service and expedited
shipping is sent using Purolator air service. Orders totaling more than $400 (before tax and
after discounts) will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
Note that you may ship goods to an address other than your own, which makes gift giving even
easier, however this will cause a slight delay in your order as the order will have some manual
processes to go through . Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days at which time it
will be shipped to you via Purolator from our distribution centre in Markham, ON. Shipping
times will vary based on your location. Items cannot be shipped to a General Delivery Address,
Post Office Box or to any address outside of Canada.
We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the rare event that there is an item
that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item
is available. In this rare event, you will be contacted by email and given options on how you
would like to have your order handled.

For the quickest and easiest service, you may return or exchange items to your local Black's
store. Use the 'Contact Information -Store Locator' service on our website to find the location
of the Black's store nearest you.
All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and
must be accompanied with the Blackphoto.com invoice. A printable copy of your on-line receipt
may also be used.

When returning item(s), please indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached
letter, the reasons for the return and your name and phone number.
Black Photo Corporation will not refund any return shipping charges unless we made an error
in order processing or in the case of a defective product. Black Photo Corporation is not
responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For
your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. All
refunds will be credited to the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card used in the
original purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly however; some
refunds may take as long as 3-4 weeks to process. You will be notified of your refund by
